The “Atelier”

Just the corner of the kitchen table…

All the bags you see have been made by myself in the center of France. It is with my own semi-industrial sewing machine that is powerful enough to stitch a lot of layers of thick canvas and also leather. It is a very specific machine of this kind of creations.

This sewing machine is very heavy but is transportable in a case, which means I can bring it with me from room to room; and sometimes in the sun near the pool…. Of course, once I am set up, I need to select, wash, flatten, trace and cut the canvas; and then put the pieces together and stitch them.

I need good lighting and a space.

And my own patience and hands of course! Every thing is done by myself from the design to the shipping! I bet you thought it was a big batch fabric industry made in China, right? nope!
